Despite the dawn of the COVID-19 pandemic, AJ and Mari decided it was time to turn their budding romance into an official relationship. This short documentary follows two young, queer Filipinx-Americans living in the Chicagoland area as they attempt to maintain connection in the face of social distancing. Through digital dates, emotional uncertainty, and limited opportunity for physical interaction, they endure this unprecedentedly lonely time, together.
